Prenatal Yoga: A detailed practice for the Childbearing Year

Week 1: Modifying your yoga practice
Week 2: Mindfulness and Breathing
Week 3: Safe Core Strength
Week 4: Joint Stability
Week 5: Pelvic Floor Conditioning
Kate and Fawn are both mothers to young children and experienced yoga instructors. They crafted this 5-week series based on themes they agreed were most crucial during the childbearing year. We will look at the bigger picture of what a woman’s body goes through during pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal recovery.
-safely support women who are currently pregnant for optimal health and wellness
-90 minutes includes time to connect other women, and a full yoga practice
-handouts to support your home practice and self-care
-Appropriate for all levels, so women with little to no background with yoga are still welcome
$85 for all 5 sessions, $20 to drop-in to individual sessions
*Childcare available for an additional fee of $7 per class
