Bio-Individual Sessions
1-1 yoga therapy
Private sessions are completely customized for you, and your individualized health concerns. Build or support your foundation for a lifetime of practice through this holistic practice of yoga therapy.
Yoga Therapy is the practice of applying yoga techniques like postures, breathing, meditation and mantra for specific results. Traditionally this modality was a 1:1 practice or for small groups of people with similar concerns. A complement to any wellness service or routine, yoga therapy is based on the whole individual rather than their diagnosis. My work results in clients feeling a greater sense of ease and feeling overall more integrated.
Receive a guided practice of poses (asana), breath work (pranayama), with mindful meditation based on your health goals. Homework and documentation (images or video) are included, as well as email and text support.
Yoga therapy is beneficial complementary care for behavioral and medical health concerns such as:
auto-immune diseases
trauma recovery
rehabilitation
disordered eating patterns
addiction
chronic pain
perinatal health
mobility and stability
depression and anxiety
