5-Week Prenatal Saturday Series at Yoga Refuge
Fawn has been courageously sharing the physical and mental health benefits of yoga since 2008. She apprenticed 2 years with perinatal guru Wendy Foster, has a 500-hour Yoga Therapy Certification from the DAYA Foundation. Fawn has taught perinatal yoga at Alma Midwifery, Studio Mamalates and Yoga Pearl. She is a mom to a toddler, and loves supporting other mamas through a healthy pregnancy with confidence, stability, and grace.
