Practical anatomy is even better than regular anatomy because yoga has its own intelligent system of understanding the human body. Fawn blends both languages with the goal of teaching biomechanically and energetically sound classes. She believes that if you can feel it in your own body, then you are more likely to use it in your teaching. Her modules will help you investigate your practice from the inside, and develop authentic cues bases on experiential anatomy.
