Do you have chronic tension in your lower back, tight calves or IT bands, “knots” in your shoulders? Interested in learning how to do effective self-massage? Foam Rollers are used to soften, stretch and re-align the muscles in these areas in order to relieve tension, promote recovery and prepare the body for additional training. Learn how to property use a foam roller with exercises that you can do at home to reduce tightness, increase flexibility and strengthen your core. Using a foam roller has many of the same benefits as massage, and best of all you can learn to use one on your own, whenever you like!
