Fawn has taught yoga since 2008. She apprenticed for 24 months with Wendy Foster founder of the Mamalates Method, and she also taught perinatal classes at Alma Midwifery. When she was pregnant with her son, Fawn struggled to find prenatal classes that were the perfect combination of strengthening, and relaxation. These classes are what she wishes she had found, and hopes to support you on your journey with grace.
