Fawn believes that maternal fetal care is a social justice issue and asserts that healthy mothers and babies have profound effects on this world. She apprenticed for 24 months with Wendy Foster founder of the Mamalates Method, and taught perinatal classes at Alma Midwifery for 4 years. When she was pregnant with her son, Fawn struggled to find prenatal classes that were the perfect combination of strengthening, and relaxation. These classes are what she wishes she had found, and hopes to support you on your journey with grace.
$80 for 5 sessions, $18 to drop-in to individual sessions
