Yoga Therapy for your Shoulders
Gain function and mobility. Learn to stabilize and support your shoulder joints in yoga postures (asana). Strengthen, stretch and cross train your shoulders to prepare for weight bearing poses. Learn how to avoid common injuries from shoulder girdle misalignment. Release tension in your neck with by having strong, flexible shoulders. This experiential workshop will explore using resistance bands, and foam rollers to help you develop a fun, safe home practice.
