Yoga Therapy Series with Fawn Williams
Retreat from summer's heat with a cool 3-week immersive spinal care series. Each week we will focus on one of the six movements of your spine through foundational yoga postures and guided breath work. The pace is slow, and is alignment specific. Recommended for anyone interested in spinal care. Beginners to yoga welcome! Register for all 6 classes or drop in when convenient.
