Inversion and Arm Balance Strategies. Use less force, more intelligence to build confidence in inversions and arm-balancing poses. Explore stability, mindfulness, breathing mechanics and leverage to awaken your courage. We will practice a variety of arm balancing skills and inverted poses with regressions and modifications.
Fawn Williams C-IAYT, YACEP blends elements of practical anatomy and yogic wisdom with the goal of teaching biomechanically and energetically sound classes. Her modules will help you investigate your practice from the inside, expand your pose vocabulary, and develop healthy training practices. Learn how to workshop postures through progressions, drills, and effective use of props. 3-hour modules include asana break-downs, partnering, and looking at different bodies in shapes. It is recommended that practitioners have a minimum of one year consistently practicing in a non-beginner group class, and are curious about learning new skills.
