Safe, Sane Twists Workshop
Twists are integral to spinal care. When executed with thoughtful preparation twists shift perspective and can become meditative. Discover ways to sequence for a spacious twist experience. We will practice standing, seated, and reclined twists with a focus on balance between effort and ease.
Fawn Williams C-IAYT, YACEP blends elements of practical anatomy and yogic wisdom with the goal of teaching biomechanically and energetically sound classes. Her modules will help you investigate your practice from the inside, expand your pose vocabulary, and develop healthy training practices. Learn how to workshop postures through progressions, drills, and effective use of props. 3-hour modules include asana break-downs, partnering, and looking at different bodies in shapes. It is recommended that practitioners have a minimum of one year consistently practicing in a non-beginner group class, and are curious about learning new skills.
