Somatic Meditation
Tuesdays 11:30am and Thursdays 3:30pm
We intentionally tune into environmental and bodily sensations to cultivate whole body presence. Balance and calm your system for twenty minutes of mindful self-reflection. These sessions are meant to be enjoyed in a reclined, seated, or prone position. Appropriate for all levels of meditation practitioner, and beginners are welcome.
