Tuesdays 12pm and Thursdays 4pm & 5:30pm
Blending the best from strength conditioning this class targets ways to increase efficiency and ease both in yoga asana, and in functional everyday movements. Yoga asana and everyday movement both include being capable and strong at a variety of ranges of motion. In this class we train sustainable strength, and motor control to gain mobility for ease and confidence. Through the use of resistance bands, blankets, Swiss balls, blocks you can expect the whole body to get warm. 8 person maximum.
